Sudhir Chaudhary is one of the famous Indian Journalist and well known Media Personality who was Born on 7th June, 1974 in Sonhad, Hodal, Haryana He is currently 48 Years and currently He is working on Aaj Tak Hindi News Channel as Consulting Editor and there He is also Hosting Prime Time show “Black & White (B & W)”. He Belongs to First Generation of Television Journalist as Sudhir Chaudhary began his Career in Year 1990s. In Beginning Sudhir got fame and recognition while being in squad which has covered the Vajpayee–Musharraf Indo-Pak meeting at Islamabad, after the 2001 Indian Parliament attack.

Jindal Extortion Case
In November 2012, Chaudhary and his partner Sameer Ahluwalia were arrested on Extortion case after businessman Naveen Jindal alleged that the two journalists had tried to extort Rupees 100 Crore worth of advertisements from his company in exchange for publishing Stories linking the Jindal group to Coal scams. Both were taken into court custody for 14 days in Tihar prison but released on bail.
The Broadcast Editors’ Association suspended Chaudhary as Treasurer following these allegations, alleging that Chaudhary had acted in a manner detrimental to the interests and objectives of the Association.In July 2018, Jindal’s group wrote to the investigative authorities that an agreement had been reached and asked them to drop the charges against the journalist and drop the case; Charges of bribery were brought against Jindal and others in connection with the case on the same day.

Allegations against Mahua Moitra
Chaudhary accused Trinamool MP Mahua Moitra of plagiarizing Truman Longman’s speech, citing early signs of fascism in India, while Longman and Moitra later denied plagiarizing the speech. Mahua Moitra filed a criminal defamation suit against Sudhir Chaudhary, in which Chaudhary, on his daily prime-time program, accepted that only part of Mahua Moitra’s speech was broadcast and expressed regret. Zee Media also filed a defamation lawsuit against him for calling it “chors” and “paid” news
Accusation of Islamophobia
On April 10, 2020, Chaudhary (according to Al Jazeera) at Zee News publicly accused Muslims of hindering India’s coronavirus war. Chaudhary said on his DNA show that “the Tablighi Jamaat betrayed the nation”.
In May 2020, Kerala Police filed a preliminary intelligence report against Chaudhary for the March 11 DNA broadcast, in which Chaudhary discussed “types of jihad” that were criticized as Islamophobic.
